The chat assistant is AI-powered and provides general information only. It does not confirm prices, availability, approvals or legal status — our team does. Chat text (without contact details) is processed by our AI service provider to generate replies.

Who can see it

Only authorised Royal Ridge Realty staff, through a secured, sign-in-protected system. We do not sell your information.

Retention

Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
